Insulated tumblers in all brands, sizes and colors continue to be a popular item.  They laser engrave so nicely and they typically fall into the budget of just about any customer.  If you are needing 1 or 1000 we handle it all here at MBJD Laser.

We can supply the tumblers or if you already have some purchased we can work with what you already have in hand.   Lately we have been lasering a lot of colored tumblers.  Red, Blue, Black and just about every color you can imagine.   

In our opinion the reason they are so popular is because they work, they last, and everyone uses a cup each and every day.  Below are a couple that we have done this past week.

This past week we had an opportunity to do quite a few coffee mugs for a local business.  We have been doing these on a regular basis for some time now and they always turn out amazing.   Using a speed of 35 and a power of 70 with our Zing 40 watt laser gives us a crisp clean look every time.

A few things we have learned when laser engraving on coffee cups is the position of the handle and size of the handle matter.  If the handle is to large it can cause problems with the rotary attachment.  Also, if the handle position is not oriented in a way that the mug can rest comfortably in the rotary, that can also cause issues.

On these particular mugs the customer wanted something on both sides of the mug so we actually ran this mug twice.  (I think we could have done it in one pass but to be safe we ran them twice to get good centering)

* Side Note - Ceramic lasers very nicely.  Its Clean, and has a super crisp image.  We always love engraving on ceramic mugs.

Picture frames always look nice, and you can never go wrong with Yeti!  It always puts a smile on our face to know we played a small part in their special day.  These particular Yeti are becoming more and more popular and come in a variety of colors.
